Shipping
Free tracked shipping is available on every order. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, and your tracking number is emailed to you when your order is dispatched (it can take up to 48 hours to show the first update). Delivery then usually takes 7–10 business days to the EU and Switzerland, and 9–15 business days to the United States and Canada. For other countries, please email us before ordering for an estimate.

Returns
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery. Please email support@home-serenity.com with your order number first, and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is at your expense. Please send items back unused, in their original packaging and with all their parts; if an item has been used or installed beyond what's needed to check it, the refund may be reduced to reflect its loss in value.

Damaged or faulty?
Please email us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos. Once the issue is confirmed, we'll offer a replacement or a refund. If a fault appears later, you're covered by your statutory rights (in the UK and EU, the legal guarantee of conformity).
