Delivery then usually takes 7–10 business days to the EU and Switzerland, and 9–15 business days to the United States and Canada. For other countries, please email us before ordering for an estimate.

Returns
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery. Please email support@home-serenity.com with your order number first, and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is at your expense. Please send items back unused, in their original packaging and with all their parts; if an item has been used or installed beyond what's needed to check it, the refund may be reduced to reflect its loss in value.

How is it powered? Does it need installing?

Each product page lists how it is powered: plug-in, USB, batteries or hardwired. Hardwired wall lights should be installed by a qualified electrician. Please check your light works before it is installed.

Can I return it?

Yes. You can return an item within 14 days of delivery. Email support@home-serenity.com first and we'll send you the return address; return shipping is at your expense. Your statutory rights are not affected.
