8. Proof of Delivery
Delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier constitutes proof that the package has been delivered.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the order will be considered successfully delivered.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Home Serenity is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the shipping carrier.
10. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
11. Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
